Bug Description

As the owner of a private PPA, I would like the teams and individuals whom I subscribe to be notified via email with a link to where they can activate their subscription.

They should also be notified when I cancel the subscription or revoke their token (requesting them to create a new one).

Part of this bug was fixed by r8293 - when a new subscription is created all participants included in the subscription (who do not already have an active token for the archive) will be notified by their preferred email.

The notification when a subscription is cancelled is not yet done.
