Adding an Organisation should create Organisation Account

Bug Description
Log in to Admin as Akvo superuser, go to Organisations under RSR, add a new Organisation, save.
Back to Home, select Organisation accounts: entry for the new organisation must be created manually; seems reasonable (right, gabriel? ;) that this be created automatically, defaulting to Account level==Free.
