Binary package hint: update-manager

Hi. Tried to upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04, but update-manager says:

    Could not calculate the upgrade

    An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
    Trying to install blacklisted version 'python-central_0.6.11ubuntu5'

Thanks for your bugreport.

This looks like the mirror you use (ubuntu.org.ua) is out of date. This version has some know problems and is therefore blacklisted.

Seems that is the reason.
