French translation broken after Jaunty updates

Bug Description
Hi,
Day after day, after updating Jaunty, the French translations are lost in a lot of applications (for example, systemsettings is all in English, dolphin is "half-English"). When I installed Jaunty Beta, it was OK (systemsettings and dolphin was translated very well).
