Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunderbird
I am using Thunderbird 2.0.0.21 on Ubuntu 8.04.
I have two IMAP accounts set up in Thunderbird. I want to delete one of the accounts. When I go to "Account Settings" and select "Remove Account", Thunderbird crashes immediately. I have observed this behavior in earlier versions of Thunderbird 2.0.x as well.
The crash wouldn't be a problem if the account were actually deleted. But when I re-start Thunderbird, the account is still there.
