Rendering of page with SVG almost unusable slow

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

To reproduce, put the following two files in a directory and open slow.htm with FF.
The page contains two difs - one is fixed in the background, containing a simple svg image that uses feTurbulence
The other dif is a table in the foreground.
When I try to scroll, CPU usage raises for some seconds at 100%. As the svg image is fixed and the table is the only thing that needs to be scrolled, this looks like bug to me.
