"Nebulas bgd images" also disactivates previews

Bug Description
The button "Nebulas background Images" is dis/activating the previews as well as the DSS. The two functionalities should be decoupled; in fact the previews should *not* be disactivated from this button. Furthermore, the name of the button is totally misleading, the word "Nebulas" should not appear there.
