Bug Description

Hi,

I was following the procedures at

  https://ubuntuone.com/support/installation/

and got to

"Start Client Now that you have the software installed, you'll need to authorize it. On your computer, click on Applications » Internet » Start Ubuntu One. Because this is your computer, it's necessary for you to implicitly allow the software to access your Ubuntu One account. Clicking on this menu item will start the process, and you'll be asked to 'Add your computer to Ubuntu One', which will allow your computer to sync to the Ubuntu One services."

I found Ubuntu One in the menu (it's under a different name here, report in a minute) and selected it.

It sent me to

  https://ubuntuone.com/services

which is 404 for me.

It's not clear how to proceed from here.

Note that I'm still on the waiting list if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks,

James

Cool, thanks.

What's the new url? I'd like to continue testing.

If you would prefer that I wait so that I can test a fixed package then
I can wait.

Thanks,

James

Right! The new url would be http://ubuntuone.com/plans/

You should be able to sign up for the invitation only beta there, and the next step is that one of our admins would 'approve' that invitation so that you can have a subscription to the service.

Thanks again for testing!

No approval is needed to use your invitation. You should be able to go into the link above and sign up.

Thanks,

Ah, I found that before downloading the client and "added myself to
the waiting list" for the small plan. It then tells me I am waiting
for approval.

Thanks,

James

Did you get an invitation to use the service and follow the link in the invitation email?

I have now, thanks. It took a while to arrive, but it was in my mailbox
this morning.

Thanks,

James
