Wrong category in menu

Bug Description

In the desktop file we have:
Categories=GNOME;Application;Database;

but we doesn't have a Database menu in Dapper, so the icon is put in Application->Other.
IMHO, it will be better to put it in the Developpement menu :
Categories=Application;Development;

I'v added Development, but Database should not be remove, because it's compliant to .desktop files standard [1], and may be used in the future.
