Hi lann.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that there was an error caused by a corrupted archive.

Please, can you try removing and re-installing this package through synaptic? After this, please update this report.

Thanks

Hi

I removed this package threw a jaunty (64 bits) virtualization cause i'm
in lucid 64 now.

I re-installed this package (ttf-opensymbol 1:3.0.1-9ubuntu3.3 now) and
all works fine

bye
