Bug Description

Upon opening Rosegarden (assuming all else is well), an error message appears:

"Helper programs not found
Rosegarden could not find one or more helper programs which it needs to provide some features. The following features will not be available:
General audio file import and conversion
To fix this, you should install the following additional programs:
sox OR sndfile-resample"

I installed sox the first time I saw this. However, the message still appears.

Someone on the ubuntu forums (at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1186716 ) suggested that upgrading to a newer rosegarden-audiofile-importer (specifically, http://rosegarden.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/rosegarden?view=rev&revision=9677 ), might help, too.

Rosegarden no longer requires sox. All audio processing is done via libraries like libsamplerate and libsndfile1. This should no longer be an issue.
