Need a way to disable spellchecking

Bug Description

In xchat-gnome 0.10 spellchecking isn't configurable at all and often gets in your way if you are on multiple channels with different languages. It needs to be either configurable like it is in the current svn version, or just easy to disable.

It's not trivial to fix this in 0.10 because it's need latest libsexy and i don't think it's a good idea to ship it in Dapper (UVF).
Furthermore, the code for language selection is not tested at all (i commited it recently).

You can configure languages to use for spellchecking using the LANGS environnement variable.

If it's really annoying in Dapper, we could compile x-g without libsexy support but that means than it would remove completely spellchecking and a lot of sexy features. :\
