"My Communities" portlet box on My Profile

Bug Description
Per the attached screenshot, the "My Profile" screen needs a listing of the communities you are in. You can rip this off from the "Communities" tab which shows a similar listing.
Differences:
1) Show *all* your communities on this screen.
2) Bold the communities you are moderator of. This is obviously going to be a performance speedbump.
