Bug Description
since the upgrade from 8.10 to jaunty I've not been able to connect to the internet after resuming from hibernate.
In 8.10 I also had this problem with network-manager. In the end I had to deinstall and install wicd.
Since the upgrade this trick has not work. Worse, with wicd I'm not able to reboot.
I've now removed wicd and reinstalled network-
Network-manager correctly identifies my wireless network from cold boot. However, from hibernate, it doesn't connect to my wireless network automatically. It still correctly identifies that my wireless network connection exists, but does nothing when choosing the option.

1. please reboot, reproduce and attach your complete syslog taken after that. modules- jaunty (experimental wireless drivers) and see if that helps.
2. please attach the output of lshal, lsusb and lspci
3. try to install linux-backport-
