builds in copy archives all fail to upload

I used this command to attempt a test rebuild of Ubuntu:

  /srv/launchpad.net/codelines/current/scripts/populate-archive.py -d ubuntu -s jaunty -a x86 --to-archive test-rebuild-20090406 --to-user cjwatson --reason 'Test rebuild 2009-04-06'

(I Ctrl-Ced it once I noticed this problem.)

These builds all appear to fail to upload. Here's an example:

A fix for this bug has landed as revision 8200.
