Internal Server Error Page Displayed when attempting to add File

Internal Server Error Page Displayed when attempting to add File. I was able to add File 1 to my community. On an attempt to add File 2 into the same folder, I get an Internal Server Error screen. I attempted this 3 times with the same result each time.

I believe this is happening when you attempt to upload a file that have been previously uploaded to KARL.
