Bug Description

OOPS-1191ED40 Milestone:+index and OOPS-1191EC309 ProjectMilestone:+index indicate that the model/view/template are making too many repeat queries. These need to be addresses before the soft timeout is lowered.

This may relate to the recent changes to Milestone even though it's index page has not changed yet. Batching may be the correct solution.
