Bug Description
1. Go to <http://
2. In the search field, enter "notify".
What happens:
* Launchpad switches from the "Files" tab to the "Changes" tab.
* The search returns no results, because there are no changes mentioning "notify".
What should happen: either
* Launchpad stays in the "Files" tab, and returns the files that contain "notify" (of which there are several); or
* if searching is available only for revision metadata, the search field should be inside the "Changes" tab, not outside it.
