Splitting Audio causes a critical error from gstreamer

When I load an audio track into Jokosher and I split it. The first time I split it up I recieve the error

(jokosher:25164): GStreamer-CRITICAL **:
Trying to dispose element elements+singledecodebin+singledecodebin18, but it is not in the NULL state.
You need to explicitly set elements to the NULL state before
dropping the final reference, to allow them to clean up.

it doesn't affect playback, and after the first split it never shows again.

The Jokosher version I am using is: Version 0.11.1.
