Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release: 9.04

Trying to import security certificate in Personal Certificate management window gives the following error message:

Rispristino del file PKCS #12 fallita per ragioni sconosciute.

The certificate was accepted in firefox in intrepid and it's prefectly usable with Opera on Jaunty.
Don't know if this behaviour could be a security vulnerability too.

Best regards.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Could you try disabling all your firefox extensions and importing the certificate again?

Thanks for the suggestion, this effectively solves the problem.

My extensions are:

      * Adblock plus 1.0.1
      * DownthemALL! 1.1.2
      * NoScript 1.8.2.1
      * Password Exporter 1.1 (that I erroneously leave active but
        didn't disturb the import operation)
      * Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.7rc1
      * Ubuntu-it Menu 1.0.6.2

Best regards.
