UserPreferences doesn't account for daylight savings time

Bug Description

On the Help UserPreferences page: https://help.launchpad.net/UserPreferences

My time zone is set to America/Shiprock, which currently is the MDT time zone (Mountain Daylight Time). However, the UserPreferences page shows the local time an hour off, as if it were MST.

Your time is 2009-04-03 10:06:03 [-07:00]
Server time is 2009-04-03 17:06:03 (UTC)

It should read 11:06:03 for the local time.

Not a big deal, just thought I'd report it.

Hi Timothy,

This was reported a couple of years ago and there has been a recent wiki upgrade since then. Is this still an issue?

Regards,

Haw

Haw, thanks for following up on this. It looks like things have moved around a bit, and I don't see any evidence of this problem anymore. You may close the bug, as far as I'm concerned.

Tim
