Tooltip for done/not done button not changing

1. enable `Closed Tasks Pane' (btw is that a typo and should be `Closed Tasks Panel' ?)
2. click on task marked as done
3. 'done/not done' button changed with new icon (revert arrow visible)
4. but tooltip for that button says: 'Mark the selected task as done'
5. that tooltip should say: 'Mark the selected task as not done'
