Bug Description

Binary package hint: setroubleshoot

Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty x86 server beta

setroubleshoot:
  Installed: 2.0.12-2
  Candidate: 2.0.12-2
  Version table:
 *** 2.0.12-2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Expected:
-----------------------
No continuing errors from setroubleshootd on the console

Observed defect:
------------------------
sapere@seubuntu9:~$ Unable to open /usr/lib/rpm/rpmrc for reading: No such file or directory.
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

I installed rpm and did rpmdb --initdb and restarted. Maybe rpm should be a required
package or setroubleshootd altered to not look at rpm DB.
