NetworkManager fails to connect to WPA-PSK network, keeps asking for the PSK. Using NM Plasmoid

Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

While trying to connect, iwconfig reports that wireless device is associated to the network, but no ip through DHCP. syslog appears to associate and then timeout.
Worked on intrepid. Works if NM is killed, and wpa_supplicant+dhclient are run manually.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Do you get the same with Karmic? Thanks in advance.
