text deleted

Binary package hint: thunderbird

On the first of april, all the emails in my inbox had the content text deleted.
The heading details are still there - the SUBJCT,FROM and DATE, but
the normal text has disappeared.
The new emails arriving on the 1st april have not lost their text.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test the current Ubuntu development version (10.04). If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs by running apport-collect 353947, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
