Bug Description
I'm not able to reproduce it and it seems to appear randomly.
I create a new task, write it's title and press "insert subtask" then the → take the place of the title and become the title and the title become some random text. It's look like:
+------
| → |
| My Wonderfull title |
+------
It as appear 4-5 times since yesterday. It _may_ be due to me typing to fast but it seems strange.
If I'm not clear I'll post a screenshoot next time it's append.

Laurent, thanks for the report. I'm not able to reproduce this bug at all so I cannot test but I've added some defensive code that makes it nearly impossible to write a subtask on the title line (except if you write a subtask then remove all text before it, the subtask becomes the title but I don't believe it's a bug)
I mark this as fixed in rev.233. Please reopen this bug if you can reproduce it after that revision (and if you could find some way to reproduce it, it would be wonderful)
