Bug Description
Binary package hint: amarok
At the moment amarok ignores the prefix "The" on artist names when sorting the music collection but when adding to the playlist all artists beginning with "The" are grouped together.
In the short term amarok should be consistent with itself about its treatment of the word "The" and either always ignore it, at least for the same tag (eg. for artists it's ignored but for albums it's not).
In the longer term it would be brilliant to see an option for ignoring "The", possibly customisable for which situations this should be done in.
I am using Ubuntu Jaunty (development branch) 9.04 with amarok version 2:2.0.2mysql5.
