Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
In Configuration point 5 of the 8.10 OpenLDAP documentation (https:/
the following command:
ldapadd -x -D cn=admin,cn=config -f /tmp/ldif_
will result in the following error:
ldap_bind: Server is unwilling to perform (53)
additional info: unauthenticated bind (DN with no password) disallowed
This is because the command is missing a W flag and should be:
ldapadd -x -D cn=admin,cn=config -W -f /tmp/ldif_
