Bug Description
Jaunty Beta x86_64
Kernel 2.6.28-11-generic
Laptop: HP Pavilion dv2570el
Most of the times it hangs on "Will now halt" ot "Will now reboot".
If I press Ctrl+Alt+Del it actually continues and reboot.
Running the kernel with "verbose" and without splash, I noticed a "general protection fault" right before the "will now halt/reboot"; it has to do with Network Manager and I think is caused by the iw3945 wifi driver.
However the messages are too late and not captured by syslog. How can I get them?

In fact if I disconnect the wireless before rebooting or halting I do not have the problem!
