Bug Description
In the simulator, in the field "Time Delay", the formating of numbers like 0.00001 shows only 0 but when pressing "Time Delay"
it does the right delay (as it can be seen e.g. in the simulation trace below).

No, this problem has not been fixed yet (it is still present in the current repository) so I reopen this bug.
