GT-200 seems to work ok if it is initialized before.

Seems like the command used after the first read:
  Command chunk 1: 93 05 04 00 03 01 9F 00
  Command chunk 2: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 SS
gives C2 20 15 for a GT-120 and C2 20 14 for a GT-200.
