Bug Description

It seems that the session saving of KDE 4.2 (on Jaunty) works terrible. It has taken me at least 2 weeks to get Amarok saved in the session, most of the times it did not start up automatically. But what DOES happen a lot is that I open just any program and somehow that WILL gave saved get started every time, even when I close it immediatly and I do not start it again during that session.

At this moment, OpenOffice Writer, Thunderbird and ktimetracker start on a new session, and to make it even worse, ktimetracker starts tracking time right away without any action from my side, messing up the times being tracked.

I have closed OpenOffice and thunderbird every time and they are not running on logout but still they get started when I start a new session.

Something is really messed up there.

Are you by chance still experiencing this? My Amarok is good, and I know OO.o Writer isn't starting up on me. I remember the KTimeTracker issue once upon a time, but I no longer have that problem either. I am running Karmic with KDE 4.3.1. Thanks!
