Bug Description
Binary package hint: systemsettings-kde4
When in systemsettings want to set time or date and press Apply I get error that time server cannot be accessed altough the option to automatically set time and date is unchecked. Then another error pop-up that says that date cannot be set, and then third error message saying that time zone cannot be set. First I tought that maybe this is authorization problem since no root/sudo password has been asked and tried to start systemsettings with 'sudo' but I got same errors. Seems to me that Date&Time module always tries to connect to the NTP server regardless of unchecked box for Auto-set date& time. (and yes I have working internet connection at the time)
