Unable to load initial help file for "Add to panel"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

I clicked the help button on Add to panel and when yelp came up, it gave the error "Unable to load page" "The requested URI "ghelp:user-guide?gospanel-15" is invalid". However, if I then go into Help Topic and actually open a topic, they load fine. Same message if I right click on the standard panel and click Help., except the URI ends in -1 not -15. Running Ubuntu Jaunty Beta, fully updated as of 03/31/2009 17:30 UTC.
