[win32]Elisa.exe process remains there in task manager after Elisa is closed

[Sudesh]

Elisa.exe process is sometimes not stopped when one closes Elisa within a minute of its launch.Further it is seen that the running Elisa.exe process has cpu usage of 95% .Please find log file attached.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Launch Elisa
2.Wait for few seconds(30 seconds)
3.Close down Elisa
4.Goto Task manager

Expected Result : No Elisa process seen in Task Manager.

Current Result : Elisa process seen with cpu usage of 95%.
