wsjt segfaults on startup

wsjt package doesn't install python-numpy package
When python-numpy is installed, wsjt will at least start, the window flashes up, then it segfaults.

with Karmic, python-numpy is installed, but the segfault still happens. Bug 467360 is open for this, and I've taken assignment of it, so I'm going to close this one.
