Bug Description
Debbie Plfager is not able to log in and see modify assets area
If I click on Modify or Add Assets, I get a message that says I need Admin access.

I see what the issue is. I will be pushing an update out asap with this. The user permissions are set to the wrong pages. That is why this is happening this way.
