Bug Description
1. Go to a bug report where the description has been updated multiple times, e.g. <http://
What you see:
* The description diff is shown by default, which is ugly.
* The change section says "<person name> on <date>", without any explanatory punctuation.
* The text "description changed:" is in monospace, which is also ugly.
What you should see:
* The description diff should be in an expandable section that is collapsed by default.
* The label for the expander should say "<person name> updated the report" (or maybe "<person name> updated the description"), in proportional font.

we'll make it collapsible before we bring it back.
