i can not download pdf files using firefox

Bug Description
pdf files can not be embedded in Firefox and i can not download a pdf from this web page as u can see in the screen shot

if u try to log-in u will see what i am talking about, even if u do not have an account try to log-in and you'll see what i am talking about

This is not a Firefox problem since all the other links on those pages work except for the "download" link and by the looks of it it doesn't have a path for it
