Bug Description

Ran automated testing of Suspend feature and system will go to black and instantly pull up the login screen. If allowed to sit, system will eventually freeze up. If you log back in you will eventually get a message that suspend failed, and be asked to run second attempt etc with same results.

I am using the nVidia Binary v180 Driver

The system has the following specs:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57 / 1.9 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 7000M

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Karmic Koala. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/. Thanks again and we appreciate your help.

I will download the latest ISO this weekend and attempt to reproduce. Although I was not aware that you could load restricted drivers in the live environment.
