Sansa E260 only mounts when there's a card in my cardreader

Bug Description

This is really strange, I'm using latest jaunty and the behaviour was exactly the same on intrepid. My Sansa E260 only mounts automatically when my sandisk cardreader with an inserted and mounted card is present, otherwise dmesg will tell me that usb is waiting for the player to settle before mounting. This happens on my notebook as well as on my 64bit desktop.

No, the Mp3 Player only mounts when there is a card, e.g. a compact flash card, in the cardreader, those are two different devices.

I think I have the same problem. I don't have a card to put in the card reader to test it but my dmesg out put also says that it is waiting tor the device to settle. It worked fine on Intrepid

I have rockbox installed on it but that shouldn't make a difference as it uses the original firmware for connecting and it worked in Intrepid.
