accent colour in new Dapper theme too bright in places

Bug Description

There are many places where there are big chunks of bright orange. I'm not sure what part of the theme this is, but examples are the top banner in Help and the accent colours in Ekiga on first use (maybe the druid dialog). I'm hoping that this is one element of the theme that can be tweaked.

Since we are using a much darker default color now, is this still a problem?

As mentionned by previous comment the color has been update. Looks not too bright to me, I'm closing the bug as fixed. Jane, feel free to reopen if you think that's still an issue
