Bug Description
Hi,
I'm using Kubuntu and my laptop (Dell Inspiron 1520) exhibits a strange behavior when it is resumed back from a suspension.
When I lift the lid the laptop starts working again but instead of prompting my desktop, the screen stays black and the laptop goes back to suspension.
*Then*, if I press the "switch on" button the laptop resumes and my desktop is shown as expected.
I experienced this resume-
I attach the outputs of the dmesg, lspci -vv and lshw commands.
Please contact me in case you need further information.
Giordano
P.S. Jaunty is awesome! :)

One note: the dmesg output refers to a session where the "bad" behavior occurred.
I attach the output of the suspend-resume test (https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/KernelTeam/ SuspendResumeTe sting) I performed on my machine (I also updated the feedback page of the test).
Cheers
Giordano
