Thanks for reporting this, unfortunately usb-creator was only created for and tested against Ubuntu provided ISO's. I believe the reason mini or business cards ISO's (minimal) don't have a .disk/info, nor do they put their configuration in the isolinux directory. If this is the case, this bug is similar to Bug #506441.
