"<b>-Tag" is ignored

Bug Description
In the menu in which I can change the wallpaper, it stands in german "<b>_Desktop-
I do not know whether it is a bug in a package or in the translation, but I think it is a package bug, because he ignore the "<b>-Tag".

Maybe somebody could check if this is a translation bug or not, since I have the German locale here as well. But afaik the second tag should be </b> and not <b>.
