Bug Description

festival-freebsoft-utils >=0.6 is a speech-dispatcher-festival, but is not in dapper (see Malone #34950).

The debian package builds/installs fine on dapper.

The changelog mentions no fixes, just new feature or rewrites. Could you elaborate a bit on the importance of "festival-freebsoft-utils >=0.6 is a speech-dispatcher-festival" - I'm afraid I don't fully understand.

This sync could easily solve the speech-dispatcher-festival unmet dep.

As speech-dispatcher built fine[1] now and there's no need to get a newer festival-freebsoft-utils now I'll reject this UVF exception request.
