Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

On Ubuntu 9.04 beta synaptic packake manager fails to show repositories.
I upgraded from Ubuntu 8.10 today.

Here is the python trace:

Synaptic version installed: 0.62.5ubuntu1

This same seems to happen when launching update-manager
