ogg theora videos won't play

Bug Description

I hit this problem before in breezy now with gstreamer0.10 part of the problem has gone. After installing totem-gstreamer-firefox-plugin the mpeg, of the links below, plays but the ogg theora won't. Instaed it selects totem as a player and downloads the file.

Question how can it be that ogg isn't supported but mpeg is?

Running on an amd64 bit ubuntu dapper install.

I can confirm this with totem-gstreamer-firefox-plugin 1.4.0-0ubuntu3 and x86 version.

Thanks for your bug. All the types are not meant to be played from the browser, rejecting the bug, that's a duplicate of bug #32452. You can read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314370 upstream about that
