successful login page is counter intuitive and crippeling.

Bug Description
When I logint to launchpad, I'm presented with an opening page that says that says under what user I am logged in, but nothing more. It holds plenty of screen real estate and thus could be exploited in numerous helpful and educating ways. If not we should at least redirect to the launchpad "home" page with the latest contributros, the bug search input box etc.

This shows how this screen is not usable. It doesn't allow to go anywhere form there, which forces me to clikc my name, or change the url manually to launchpad.net after login. Ideally, this shoudl redirect to the welcome page or do something nice on its own.
