Bug Description
Maybe this is #340308, maybe not:
When I chose the installer (from USB stick) and select a keymap, it is forgotten as per #340308 when you get into the installer. This is annoying, but not fatal.
However, when you correct the keyboard settings after selecting language, You _STILL_ get the main OS install, past reboot, with the wrong keyboard layout.
Worse yet, the Gnome "keyboard selector" configuration for keyboard layouts is funky and doesn't work properly. The only way to make it register the "proper" keyboard layout is to add it, Select it. Then _remove_ English.
In the end, this is a pita to work with. Hopefully this can be fixed now that the beta is out?
